Katherine DiSavino is a Los Angeles writer.
She is currently serving as the co-creator and Executive Producer for two new projects in development with Apple TV, and was a Co-Executive Producer on the fourth and final season of Apple TV’s “Silo.” Prior to that, Katherine was a writer and producer on seasons two and three of “Silo,” the first three seasons of the CW’s “Nancy Drew,” and the second season of the CW’s “The Outpost.”
Katherine was selected as a fellow for the 2019 Sundance Institute TV Episodic Lab, a competitive program where emerging writers workshop original pilots with established showrunners and industry executives. Her pilot, “The Seventh,” was developed with Brian Yorkey’s production company That Kid Ed and sold to Netflix in 2021.
Known for blending atmosphere, tension, and emotional depth, DiSavino's body of work—from intimate family dramas to high-stakes thrillers—consistently centers bold, morally complex women navigating worlds in crisis.
